I have a 2009 klx250s with pro taper risers and renthal bars, my throttle and clutch cables are way to short and rub up on the frame. I tried adjusting them to extend them, but that didn’t work, does anyone have a link to extended clutch and throttle cables for a 2009 klx250s.

From what I've understood in this forum the 2006 KLX250 had about 2" longer cables. do a search to see if you can find the threads that cover clutch cable problems.

I'm guessing I was one of the first to ask them to make a longer one for me.
Ask them to make whatever length you need.
Same as it was from what I remember reading here. The pre-2009 KLX 250 and 300 had longer clutch cables, not sure about the throttle though. They had longer trave forks than the 2009 and up, so they had longer clutch cables for sure. They had the same forks as the KLX650 used. They also had the brake line run under the front axle, putting it in a bit of a risky place. Some of the KLX650 riders had lines to do "the CR wrap", where they routed the cable down and around like a Honda CR250. Here it is for any pre-2009 rider. I don't think the new KLX300R does the old style brake line, but if it does, this will do the job.
