dyno kit ????

Default dyno kit ????

Hi all new here just installed a dyno jet kit on 2009 klx and when I changed the main jet the unit unscrewed when I put it back the seat dose not thread all the way in is this how it was I cant remember or do I have to take it apart and redo it ??

what do you mean "does not thread all the way in"? there's only a few threads on the jet you turn it in until it's seated. you don't have to torque it down too hard since it's brass and you'llonly end up destroying the jet.

I think you have removed the "needle jet" as well as the main jet.
take the two pices apart and refit the "needle jet" first, the fit the new main jet on top.
All hand tight with a screwdriver. Brass is delicate.

Thanks guys ya it all fit together ok just had some thread showing got little worried it was not the jet it was where the jet seats into could not remember when I took it apart if it was flush to the carb body or not going to see how it runs if it works great if not will pull it apart
