only in certain areas of ca can you get concealed carry, and you have to be super lucky and know the right people
so the way I see it you cant get it here

and our trailers is a permanent registration so pay the fee once its good for life I guess. At least the 9 years I had my trailer never got another renewal

 

You can't get a CCW in Cali. You can apply, but you will be denied.

 

Idaho

OBTAINING A CONCEALED WEAPON LICENSE

• Concealed Weapon applications are obtained from the local county.
• You need to bring in proof of firearms training when you submit the application. This could be a military I.D., certificate from a hunters' education or other firearms training class such as the one given by the Sheriff's Office.
• You must be fingerprinted when you apply.

Processing of the application and background check takes about 90 days.
Fees

• For the fingerprinting/background check, $34 to be paid when application is submitted.
• For the license, $22 to be paid when license is issued.

Renewals

Licenses are valid for five years. To renew your license, you must come in 30 days prior to the expiration date.
Renewal fees:

• The background check is $20 which is to be paid when application is submitted.
• The license is $15 which is to be paid when license is issued.

My proof of firearm training was Hunter's Education course taken in the early 80's when I was just a youngster. In Idaho, we like our law-abiding citizens to carry .

 

More states need to adopt right to carry laws like VT, AK, AZ and WY. No permit required.


One thing i do miss about living in VT.

 

Be careful. You gotta pay every 5 years. They just don't know where to send the bill. It's only $10... but I'm sure they'll nail you for 4 years of late fees. You may want to call the DMV to see where you stand before you get busted.

I also asked my boss who has like 4 trailers and he said he has never received a renewal since they went to that perm sticker too

only thing I can see is if I sold it the new owner will get stuck with the fees if there are any

 

I bought a 5x8' cargo trailer in '04 and had to register it again 5-years later. You don't get tags, just a $10-$12 bill. One of the few bargains in California.

 

You either fell out of the system or they lost your info. The PTI program is a newer program and the DMV is easily confused. Paper titles are optional now too. I'm confused because my renewal was $23. Anyways, here's the info:
