Hey i just bought a 1974 KX 125 for $200 and it hasnt been registered since 1994, and it has no pink slip do i reregister it as a newly registered bike or get a duplicate title? The other thing is the previous owner lives out of the country. so yeah and i would like to know where to find the VIN number

 

sounds like a question for DMV bro. check the steering stem for the vin #
