nice...thanks for the post i will deffinatley be getting a set of those bags for myself....
tremor...question.....who can i buy a set of those black side panels from and a black headlight shroud? I found a kit for all black but it doesn't include the headlight shroud and really that's what i'm looking for.Japan only?

 

The part numbers for the black panels don't show-up on the stateside parts diagrams.

These part numbers are from the Japanese part diagrams.

Cover, Headlight,Upper, Ebony: 55022-0027-6C
Headlight Cover, Lower,Ebony: 55022-0026-6C

You might be able to bring those to the dealer to see if he can order from Japan.

I know of a person that orderedJapanese market KLX250/D-tracker high performance cams though Yoshimura USA when I gave him the part numbers, so it might be worth a shot with Kawasaki.

 

Wow.....Does the design of brackets affect the rear subframe strength..in other words would there be any weight limititations(within reason of course) for these bags?

For $240..I'm so wanting these bags...and they have brackets!!!!!!
