Default Did the Big Gun and jet kit mod

Well after having my bike parked in the garage for a month , I found a Big Gun pipe for it on EBAY while I was working in Vegas. I don't know if you guys remember I asked if a pipe off another 4 stroke would work . Well it does I got a new pipe from a YZF450 four wheeler a 2005 for 115 bucks with shipping. I had to cut the part the attatches to the stock manifold and adapt a coupling there but other that it bolted up to the stock mounting tabs with a few minor mods. I also did the Dynajet kit on it using a # 128 jet and the other jet is the stock 35 ,, I put the needle 3rd clip from the top.
drilled the slid, removed the snorkle ,but left the top on. I am no geniuous when it comes to tuning 4 strokes but let me tell you ,,it runs pretty darn good.

It has been cold in south Texas ,,so I havent gotten much testing time ,but it seems good ( and sounds awsome )

Do you guys recomend any other mods ,,,,, I will be using it on the street also .

Glad to hear it. You now have unique exhaust.

Drilling out the hole where the engine breather hose hooks into the air cleaner to 3/8" will make it easier for the piston to come down. That'll give you even freer revs and about another1/2hp increase. Ijust heated-up a drill bit with a propane torch and stuffed it throughusing vise grips to hold the bit.
Plugging off your air recirculation plumbingwon't give you more power, but it will cool down the exhaust a bitandeliminate most of the lean poppingnoise you get during deceleration.

nicley puttremor38. the other thing that you could do to your bike is some free mods that you can find at www.planetklx.com tha will give you a couple more horses and heck they are free. any other are coming from your mind and are cosmetic. if you really want to get power crazy you have the option of a couple of bore kits and a pumper carb but they cost a bit more money. hope you are happy with your bike. good luck.
