Oh brother... 15% horsepower increase from a spark plug??? This just screams gimmick to me...
I've heard of cryogenic brake rotors... But they actually have a purpose. Brake rotors warp, cryo rotors are better.
I don't see the benefit in a cryo spark plug electrode. And I certainly don't see how it can improve HP. My NGK CR8E seems to be burning the air/fuel mixture just fine.

 

Now where did I leave that link to the blinker fluid and the muffler bearings?......Oh there they are next to the board stretcher. Don't forget the can of compression.
