cheap tire changing stand
this barrel is a 40 gal. grease bucket that i found. i glued a rubber hose to the lip to protect the spokes.

there is no weight in the bottom of the bucket.. i might do that later but this thing worked great as is.

you wouldn't believe how much easier it is to change a tireusing this barrel.

i don't think this front tiretook me more that 10 minutes and i wasn't rushing at all just going thru the motions. I was so happy with how it went i wanted to share.
and a notfor nothing.... got these track masterscheap. $27 front $29 rear

Good deal Craig! 10 minutes, man its usually a good 20-35 minutes per tire for me, and thats after they are off the bike. Then again I just use sawhorses and can't push the tire off the rim, I have to slowly work it off with the spoons.
