chain slack specs

What are the chain slack specs for the klx250s with standard sprockets? The klx300r needs from 2.2 to 2.6 inches, but that is with 14/50 gearing. I just went to 14/42 because of all the road riding I do. Thanks

I am pretty sure it is the same. Gearing change should not effect slack specs.

I think that it's 55-65mm measured from the top of theswingarm behind the chain guide to bottom of the chain.

Correction: 50-60mm
