All of it, unless you get inspected. Be sure to plug all the ports that are left open when smog equip is removed. Autozone has an assortment of vinyl Caps that make the job easier and last longer than the black rubber type. Dorman/AutoGrade 20 pcs. vinyl vacuum cap assortment includes 4 pcs. each size and color 1/8 in. yellow, 3/16 in. blue, 1/4 in. red, 5/16 in. white and 3/8 in. black (47397) | Vacuum Connector and Tubing | AutoZone.com

I put on 2' tubes and ran them down to the bottom of the bike. There's another thread on what can be capped and tubed. I don't remember off the top of my head. They're color-coded so that should help.

You may if you want. I also rejetted with fmf pipe but I left mine on. Don't want to take chances with rangers around places I ride especially with a loud pipe lol. Glad you finally fixed your bike.

oh okay.. but it doesnt affect anything if I leave it in there? i'm currently at DJ stage 1, fuel screw 3 turns out... and by 3 turns that means 6 half turns... so 3 360 degree turns.. I assumed thats what a full turn was!

It still "affects" the bike. The thought is that no *performance* is to be gained by removing it. In my book - simpler is better. My SMOG stuff is long gone...

No performance gain by removing the smog equipment but it does help your bike run a little cooler.
