I can't speak for an 'S' version, as my buddy is selling his before doing the big bore, but with my 'SF' version, if I let out on the clutch and just coasting, a quick twist of the throttle (not even full open, just a blip will do it) will pull the front wheel up. Second gear will do the same with a slight tug, or sitting more towards the rear of the bike. Haven't been able to do clutch-up wheelies because I need to replace my plates and upgrade the springs.

Side note, first gear will now take me to 30mph before redlining, and it'll do this across the length of an intersection. Ask me how I found that out........Light turned green and I let loose, front wheel about 2 feet in the air, let off to shift into 2nd right in front of a cop. Good thing he was looking at his computer.

I highly recommend getting this kit! I was thinking the same thing waiting for the Canadian dollar to get stronger but I just decided to get it done.
I just finished my break-in on my 351 and all I can say is WOW! It is a huge difference in power over the 250.
Pulls very hard and lofts the front end with ease.

357454,

I received my kit from Bill about two weeks ago.

On the right side of the cylinder (as it's mounted to the engine sitting on the bike), above where "B#BCYCLERESTORATION" has been etched into the base of the cylinder I have #620 etched into my cylinder.

Sounds like we received our cylinders about the same time, and Bill said he was waiting for a batch of cylinders to return from the machine shop when I ordered mine so I know he doesn't keep stock on the shelf. Talking to him it sounds like he orders about a dozen at a time these days. You think mine is actually #1620?

Or, is it possible yours is actually #616?

Has Bill produced about 600 kits or, 1600 kits?

Just curious.

I think the 1616 is a typo or bill threw an extra 1 in there. Got mine recently and it's #626.
