I believe they've been discussed a couple times on here before. The price is appealing, but the cam chain tensioner doesn't match up with a regular KLX cylinder.

Here's one of the previous threads:

I'm not aware of anyone that successfully used one of these kits, but if you find anything showing otherwise, let us know!

I have one sitting on a shelf waiting for some free time to do the job. Inmate "GEO" completed his install about a week ago and is in the process of breaking it in, and tuning I suspect. Promises to give his opinion when done. He has engine experience.
I also picked up a Chinese stainless steel slip-on for $50 CDN delivered.. Well made and comes with a DB killer, and has a reducer to adapt from 2" down to 1.5" mid pipe which is not supplied. Good deal if you have access to a TIG.

Do you have a link for the slip on?

Here's the link
Stainless Exhaust Muffler Pipe Slip on Motorcycle & Removable Silencer 38-51mm | eBay

The seller has sold 3/4 of a million items on Ebay with a good rating. Took about 3 weeks for shipping.
I'm making a hanger out of 1/4" AL plate that utilizes all 3 bolts to properly support the subframe. Can't source SS tube for the midpipe locally, so I am using muffler tubing, temporarily.

Only the one Chinese kit fits, the other will not. Make sure you know which one it is. From what I know it is the 299cc kit, I think the other is 292, definitely not a fit. I have looked at the Lifan cylinder and it won't fit. The gasket surfaces don't match and the passive tensioner in the cylinder is totally different.

From what I've learned from Geo, the passive tensioner from the KLX will fit the Chinese cylinder with minor modifications and the KLX head gasket needs to be used.

Good point, mine is the 299 and the head gasket is a poor fit.
