Default too much oil...

i let my friend change the oil in my mule and he put 4 quarts in it. after running it for about 2 minutes oil started spilling out of the air inlet/filter. also, there is oil in the box connected to the air inlet tube and now the mule wont start.

is the engine completely shot or what? is there a way to fix it? any and all suggestions/help welcome

thanks

I have a similar situation where too much oit was put into my mule. I caught it within a few minutes ... I drained off excess oil... but since then it is buring off oil.
Question for your recommendation - Do you recommend draining all the oil before pulling out the spark plug or just bring the oil down to normal level?
