2012 4010 diesel - I changed the fuel filter, it starts,idles, shifts, runs great but when the gas pedal is pushed full throttle the speed stops at 15 mph. The belt doesn't seem like it is slipping it is like i have only half throttle. Could it be clutch problem? The engine runs great no missing so I'm not thinking it's a injector problem.
