Red face oil drain plug

I am new to the forum and to Kawasaki Mules. I bought a used one and am going thru it. I need to change the oil but I can't find the engine oil drain plug. I have a copy of the Manual but it leaves much to be desired.
It is a 2001 Mule 3000 KAF620G1. Please help. I looked all over the bottom of the engine. I obviously am over-looking it. Please point me in the right direction. This is very frustrating.

Do a search on YouTube, you might find some videos changing the oil.

Tried that, no success. I have discovered that this is a G4 not a G1 and has a welded-in plate in the bottom of the engine carrier rather than being open. You can't see the bottom of the engine because of the plate.
Any suggestions please on how to change the oil?

Here is a thought, can you suck the oil out thru the dipstick tube with an oil syringe type extractor?
