hard time turning over?
could be a driveshaft bearing...
i do believe theres a grease fitting on that?
not sure tho...
undo the shaft and see how freely the motor spins without a load attached. if it spins right up, look at the packing and the bearing on the driveshaft.
if the motor is tight, the i would suggest unlinking the cams to determine whether its in the top or bottom end.. then, spend accordingly.. lo
may be a rod or crank bearing, but if theres no noise, i'd almost not even worry.. could be a spun bearing tho from oil starvation or water contamination...
spun bearings don't always make noise..
