Default Valve clearance check

Hey everyone, newbie posting here. I had a question about finishing up a valve clearance check.

I'm ready to put my valve cover back on but I wanted to know if there were some numbers out there for what the valve adjustment screw/nut should be torqued to, as well as the valve cover. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, I take it you do not have a manual just yet.

Nope, I do not have a MoM. But in my experience, service manuals don't normally have torque specs. My buddy's Hayne's manual couldn't even help me with it. I figured it's gotta be somewhere...
