Hi, the shifter recently fell off of my dirt bike and I found out that I have to replace the shaft the lever and the gasket but I can not for the life of me find a transmission cover gasket! If anyone might have some info on where to get this gasket please do share, I'm planning on fixing, selling, and buying a four stroke.

 

Welcome Buhn! Just asking, is it possible to cut your own gasket? (I prefer to do it this way.) Go to the local auto parts store, get a sheet of good quality gasket material, lay your tranny cover on top, trace the outline and "dot" the bolt holes. Use a paper punch to cut the holes. Better than any OE gasket.

 

Yeah I have considered it but I'd rather just buy one do you have any idea where I could get one?
