MMI86 is right about the differnce between choke & enritcher, but wrong about the dates of use. My 96 ZX6e has a choke plate on it, and that engine remianed the same until 99. Digital fuel injection, uses an ecu to determine the amount of air the intake is recieving, and will correct the amount of fuel being atomised into the cylinders to keep an air/fuel ratio at an optimal point. That is why Kawi is now using a 64bit ecu.
