Hmmm, from what I understand from what my choke does on my bike, it is exactly what you describe.. More fuel, less air. There's not a "circuit" as there is no electronics involved in my choke. I'm not sure how you say it's something different. And even calling it an "enricher" means exactly the same as what a choke does.. It basically makes the bike run really rich by changing the mixture of fuel and air as long as the choke is engaged. Explain to me what you're talking about.
ahh, its nota electrical circuits ,its a fuel circuit , when you pull the plunger on the "choke", it open up another passage and lets more fuel flow through, the REAL choke plate, came down and had a small hole in it, it retarded the air, and richened the mixture up, a enrichner and a choke are TWO diffrent objects, are you clear now?
Seems like you're just splitting hairs. The "old" choke you describe does the same job in just a different way so why could it not just be a new design of a choke? You seemed really adamant that there's no such thing as a choke since the 70's then why would my owners manual and repair manual lie when it calls the device that performs the exact same function as a choke a "choke"?
well its seems you just want to bust my *****, im telling you that their is no choke on your bike, plan and simple, dont take my word for it, call a shop in the morning, "The "old" choke you describe does the same job in just a different way so why could it not just be a new design of a choke?", if something it in a diffrent way shouldnt they be called diffrent things, the two work like this Bikes cold, plug plunger more fuel, its that simple i was just correcting you, just take my word for it,

I am sure there are more info out there if you google it, but I read this one http://auto.howstuffworks.com/fuel-injection1.htm
