Default Does my shock need a full rebuild?

hey guys... so i took my shock off today to bring it up and get charged because i accedently let the nitrogen out of the piggyback, and i knodised that i could hear the oil sloshing around inside the shock if i would shake it... it was only faint but i know the oil is rushing around... and that made me think that i might need a full rebuild... because as far as i know the main shock not the piggy back is supposed to be filled with all oil and bled of all the remaining air... could this just be where the nitrogen is let out? or do i need to rebuild the shock?

My understanding is that the N2 puts pressure on the diaphram, similar to your hot water heater in your house, to keep things from sounding off. A lack of N2 pressure will make things sound loose.
