Default 83 KZ550 LTD blowing oil

I just bought a 1983 KZ550 LTD and it is blowing oil out exhaust and also blowing out emissions hose going into top of breather box. Anyone have any ideas why?

I am not 100% sure, but I would make sure that the oil level was checked properly and I'd prolly throw my gauge on for compression checks.

+1 Sounds like rings, seals, or gaskets. Bad things happen to engines that just sit.

If oil is going everywhere, I would agree with Drag on the crankcase being overfilled. Always check the oil when the bike is completely vertical. If the oil is fine, then Jeff is probably right.
