how to sell an 09?

Default how to sell an 09?

how do i sell an 09 that i did not completely pay off. its an 09 klx 250s.

If you spent less than it cost, you keep it.

The easiest way is to get it paid off, probably all at once, then sell it and recoup the money used to pay off. Outside of that, advise the buyer that the bank still owns the title and once the funds are in to the bank with the title, the title will be sent to the seller, and the seller will have to sign over the title to the buyer.

i just bought my 09 from someone who still owed on it. Not sure how he got the bank to send him the title before i gave him a dime, but he had the title in hand when we closed the deal (matter of fact, he had issues with the bank taking a while to get him the title, and he gave me the bike about a week before I paid him, which was pretty nice...

Pay it off using a credit card or line of credit, get your title, then sell it and pay off your debt.
