Default Had To Sell It!

I had to have hip replacement surgery back in December of 2002.

After I was given the okay to drive (no, I did not ask him if riding and driving were the same!) I rode my 2001 Vulcan Classic 1500 FI over for my next office visit.

He told me at that time, that I would have to give up riding. I told him to put the old hip in. We talked and came to a compromise, I couldn't ride a motorcycle unless it met certain criteria with regard to knee and hip relationships while riding. The Vulcan would not meet that criteria. So reluctantly, I put it on the market and it sold quite quickly.

It was a great bike and one that I'll remember for a long time.

Here's a pic of the bike.

Yes, it did have more than it's fair share of chrome!
