Default Can I go bigger?

I currently own a 2006 ninja 250. I love the bike but I want to upgrade to a bigger engine. My worry is I'm only 5'3" 100 lbs. My bike is already lowered as far as it can be and I can just barely flatfoot it. Also if/when I drop it I already can't pick up the bike I have. BUT! I want a bigger engine. Will I be able to handle it AND at least come close to flat footing it with lowering links or should I just upgrade to a new 250?

Get the bike tuned by someone who knows what they're doing. It'll feel like it's grown 20-30cc.
New there's now a 300 Ninja that might also interest you.

Supposedly, there are drugs out there to help you.

chuckle.....

The 300cc is out there as mentioned. The old school 250 used 16" hoops which made it really nice for us short people. But now is tough on getting good tires for those same old school hoops.

I am not as short seamed as you are, but I am rocking my 2005 ex500. Yes it has the 17 inch hoops, but even when set up, you do have the cc's maybe to your thinking. And yes, maybe will still have to be lowered with your shorter inseams.
