Default How to cure you're wife from wanting a bigger bike..

The wifey took my ZX-14 for a spin yesterday, She was gone for about 20 mins or so and came back saying she'll stick to her SV650s..

She stated the the 14 ain't right and should be outlawed.. She said she nearly fell off the bike when it started pulling around 3500rpms
and kept gitting stronger...

See she wanted a 10r for next season but I told her if she can handle
the 14 like her 650 she could git a 10r.. She asked if a 10r acted like the 14 and I said "worse" its more nimble..

Needless to say she'll stick w/ the 650...

So does that mean she is taking your bike out more often to get used to it? I did the same thing the first time I took my 636 out and opened it up. Got used to it now though. Still plenty fast for what I need.

Who would've thought a ZX-14 would be too much?

I took my friends 6r out for a spin after I rebuilt it from a crash he had,, I swear I felt like a shriner on a pocket bike....

Not the same man. I know I was only on the forum for a few months before he left us but it has been way different without him. the rest of the members though are still great resources and a wealth of knowledge.
Glad to see you back as well.
