There's enough gap there I'm not concerned. The plastic would break before that ever happened.

On a side note, I won a brand new N20 filter w/ line on Ebay for less than half of retail. I'm going to mount that guy up this weekend.

but i'm afraid i won't be able to keep the front wheel on the ground if i put it on my bike...

I actually did get the bike back together finally this week and have ridden it a couple times. It's just plain too cold to maintain an optimum temp on the bottle for usage, so we'll have to wait to try it out.

I did get an aftermarket set of endlinks that raised the bike up an additional inch.
That seems to have done the trick with the gap problem between the bottle and hugger.

At any rate, I'll try and get some finished pics up soon.

I would do that if it wasn't snowing outside. I've turned into a pansy since I bought this bike 2.5 years ago, and it's never even seen a garden hose, let alone a drop of rain. I've still managed to somehow put a hair over 7,000 miles in it though.
