Saddle bags
#11
Ya that sounds like plenty of room. I was looking at Cabelas the other day for camping gear. They have a lot if very compact gear....even their sleeping bags are half the size of a normal walmart bag.
I've ordered the Fly Grande bags. I don't mind cause they aren't too expensive and are 40 litres each bag plus my tail bag that expands to 38 litres. I'll get to try them out in a week. I'm off on a 1600 km trip....no camping though!
If they don't work I'll try something else next season.
Thanks for the help.
Ian.

I am so stealing that idea for my upcoming road trip. That will let me move the bags back almost 6".
