Default Oil leaking out of exhaust pipe after Oil change

So I changed the oil on my 2008 ZZR 600 yesterday, everything went fine but I also switched it to full synthetic and since it has been leaking out the exhaust pipe. The bike only has 2,743 miles on it, I cant believe it already has a problem that seems to be in the engine. Is it bad valve seals or piston rings? Why did it start right after switch to synthetic?

Hey Weird, are you sure you didn't over-fill the crankcase? Should be about 3.5 quarts, not 4.

Hey Jeff, thanks for responding. I put in the 3.8 qts the manual says to put if the filter is changed too. Started it and ran it, let it sit awhile to allow the oil to settle back down into the pan before going back to check the oil level and that's when I noticed the dripping. The level looked a little low so I added the other .2 quart. Heres a pic of where its leaking from:

Too much oil! Are you checking the oil while the bike is perpendicular to the ground? After running let it sit for a few minutes before reading. You may need to syphon some of that excess oil out. Also, open your air box, you might have oil in there too.

yep I always check level with the bike perpendicular, I ran the bike to 200 degrees, let it drain for a while, added the amount of oil the manual said to (3.8 qts w/filter), started the bike to refill the filter and let it sit for a couple hours before rechecking the level. That's when I saw the dripping and got worried since it didn't make sense.
