Can a 2009 seat fit on a 2007 KLX250S ??

shaving the seat down was pretty easy using a black n decker surform tool. Taking the staples out was the hardest part

I have the Seat Concepts seat on my '07. Either the factory seat pan is the same or they make a version specifically for the earlier bikes; I don't recall which is the case.

i think op wants to keep the original seat stock in the event of selling the bike he can put it back to stock

That's interesting. If you happen to have your seat off any time soon could you please see if there's a model # or other info beneath it and post back here?

Lowering links..as mentioned previous will allow the bike to come down while maintaining the original seat especially if someday you need to sell the bike.

I got that used 06 OEM seat I bought cut down and re-covered. It's actually not too much more uncomfortable than it was before. Seems a tad wider than before; less taper on the top/sides and more surface area.
