I live in Dallas, TX, but I'm willing to travel to nab a bike. I've got "bike-fever" something fierce. I'm willing to pay up to $2400 if you're willing to accept three monthly payments of $800 (that's the most I can afford right now, I'm a blue collar worker, y'know?). Year does not matter, dents and scratches do not matter, but I'm not a mechanic, so the bike needs to run from the getgo and not require a great amount of work. I will have experienced biker friends accompanying me to look over the bike, so please don't try to sell me a lemon because I'm an inexperienced chick. how far are you willing to go ?

 

Due to limitations (ie; I don't have a truck and would have to enlist the company of a friend) I can manage 300-400 miles from Dallas. Mayyybe up to 600 if I pay whatever company I take for their time and expertise. I have a few who are experienced bikers and mechanics, and have asked several ahead of time if they'd be willing to look at whatever I may purchase, and have had some positive responses.
