SOLD!

Bike is located in Westminster, MA.
Best way to reach me is by email: fjrklx@gmail.com
Mileage: 6,942
Asking price: $2,500
Add ons : Barkbuster Handguards, 13 tooth front sprocket, heavy duty TIG welded bashplate (can't recall if it was a Moose or MSR or similar but is thick and the ears cover the vital parts especially the coolant hoses really well), folding mirrors for better offroad use, Reed/Windham Renthal bar with Kevlar grips, one size up main jet from stock. Replaced OEM battery last year with an AGM sealed Motobatt battery. Brand new No-Toil air filter.

Included with the sale are the original front sprocket, one OEM mirror, owners manual, one OEM main carb jet, one turn signal lens cover, one set of Factory FX Kawasaki handgrip donuts, one extra tail assembly (Kawi green).

The bike is not a garage queen and has been adult ridden as the bike was intended- a dual sport. It has the usual scratches, scrapes you would expect to see on a bike with this mileage when ridden in the woods. It has however, been meticulously maintained mechanically and runs like a top. New oil and filter before being stored last fall, inspected and regreased the swingarm bearings and both front and rear wheel bearings. The bike is ready to ride. The only mentionable cosmetic issues are that the white plastic side covers are scratched because I had two Wolfman sidebags mounted on the bike and they abraded the plastic over time, not a big deal. The front fender was tweaked from a fall in the woods, but again not a big deal as it doesn't change the function/worthiness of the fender and plastics aren't that expensive. The side fairings have the usual scratches from being ridden in the woods and on trails. Both front fork guards are cracked and could either be fixed or replaced ($60 OEM from Rockymountainatv.com), I just never got around to it this winter due to other projects. This bike will do 70 mph on the highway without a hiccup and I have taken it on multiday rides very comfortably including the Puppy Dog Route. Put on a new front D606 and a rear D952 last summer and both have about 90% wear left.
