No, haven't seen one yet, but I had to laugh... Canada has something FIRST?
Usually everything motorcycle related starts in California and then goes north/east from there.
'cept in this case - Cali doesn't get the KLX250S [8D].

I'm gonna have to take a visit to my friendly neighborhood Kawi dealer.

Yeah, the funny thing is, with the recent strength of the CDN dollar, no one in Canada is adjusting prices to compensate.
(ha ha real funny)

$4699 USD is $5270 CDN at the current exchange rate. Yet Canadian retailers still get away with these prices - and it's all profit for them.
Similar thing with magazines and books... Not sure if you've ever noticed, but the CDN price is printed right on the magazines.
Again, with recent exchange rates, it sure sweetens the deal for Canadian retailers.

Sometimes this country makes me angry... [:@] But I still love it.

That's assuming they are still letting Bikes in California[:@][:@][:@] Man I'm glad I don't live in a place like that. I'll trade all of the rain for the freedom we have any day. On a sort of related note, it seems that there is a new law on the books here in Washington State that requires a person to buy a new license plate every 7 years, that's a bunch of garbage. I just went down to get the tabs for my boat trailer and was informed of this, Thanks again Tim Imen[:@]

Ok I'll get of the political soapbox, since I'm neutral in these things, but man it seems like they always find any excuse to re-coup the money lost by outrageous car tabs we used to have, I kind of wish we still paid the old way, at least then we knew when to bend over.[:@][:@][:@]

Actually the profit margin between dealer invoice and MSRP is predetermined percentage. So it's actually Kawasaki Heavy Industry that pockets the extra profit.
