Off my 2012 KLX250S. It is OEM.
It's got a few minor rub marks here and there, and a slight ding (very slight) in the right side, below the gas cap.
But it's super clean, works, doesn't leak, has no cracks or anything (otherwise i'd just toss it), I plugged up all the vent holes and outlets as soon as it came off my bike (see pic).
It does come with an OEM locking gas cap with 2 keys.

The tank was plugged immediately after removal to insure it's clean on the inside.
