Default Why mechanics love to deal with women!

The oldest trick in the books still works. Women should never trust most mechanics!

halogen fluid! lol.......I used to manage a commercial parts store, and for fun we would call to the DIY stores, ie: autozone, cause they hire almost anybody, and would ask them for a valve cover gasket for a flat head and a water pump for a classic VW bug. lol lol lol......they used to tell me it was a dealer item only! LMAO!

All classics. I'll share this for the noobs. My first wife was well not the brightest. Which doesn't make me look good since I married her, but when your 19 you don't always think with the head on your shoulders.

Anyway I came home one day from work, and noticed that all the phones had plastic bags on them. I asked her what was up with that, and she said that the radio announced that the phone company was blowing out the lines and that if you didn't want dust all over your house you should cover the phones with bags........wow! I don't remember if I laughed or played it as if it was no big deal, but I'm sure when she wasn't around I was thinking WTF....even though WTF wasn't even invented yet. This was around 1985

About 2 years later I had a Suzuki LT250R Two smoke quad. I would never let her ride it as I was worried that she would wrap it around a tree. Her and our sister in law bugged me for weeks, and every time I said no, citing that it was a two stroke and that it was too dangerous. Finally one day they said and I quote..."well can't you take off the two stoke part so its not so dangerous?" Uhhhhh wow again.

I seriously think that all girls should take a shop class in school and all guys need to take homec (spelling) class.
