i knew a guy here at FSU in my wrestling club who had 3 count them THREE DUI's during his freshman year of college! I don't know what the kid was thinking i mean, one DUI okay my bad lesson learned, two DUI okay alright you are just an unlucky dumb ***, THREE DUI's and you are just a reckless SOB

without a car or lisence and a mark on their driving record of "3rd strike suspension" so they can't register another car then they shouldn't be able to drive without steeling a car.

family will always help in bad ways in can already hear it now moms/dads husband/wife " here's the keys-honey just drive extra careful" and one of my fav's --"oh, yes, I know its not your fault- their picking on you"
