so last night i am finishing up my muzzy install and i turn on my bike and the fi light is o i relize that i didnt tighten the bolt and take it back off. i thighten it down this time and now it is stuck all the way to the right so i cant get it off to reset to motor. i am going to look at it this morning and hope i dont have to buy another motor. any help would be apprecated.

what do you mean it is stuck to the right......the servo or the servo with the stpper on it....any pics

oh i fixed it sorry lol from the pic i installed it wrong i had it so that the edges touched the lip but then i figured it out and its sounds awesome. but i think muzzy ****ed up on there weld job. it has air coming out the weld seam and it smells like burnt soder so i dont know whats up.

I agree, no weld should leak. the smell is the new exhaust. all new exhaust smell funny, and the sound will change over time.

yeah i figured that about the smell but the weld leaking is crappy so i will call them asap

are you sure its not flux from the weld burning off. can you tell theres bubbles in the weld that are leaking ?

you can se where its not welded like they just straight up missed that spot i was like wtf. yeah i know that smell and its going away slowly.

so i call muzzy today and the guy i talk to is just a mother ****ing ******* i told him i didnt buy it directly from them and he said that i couldnt get another muffler from them and it wasnt there problem. why cant they own up and say that they ****ed up on a weld job. obviously they welded it not the place i bought it from. man do i hate dealing with ******** on the phone
