Geeeez,

Just to let you guys know, the only time I would throw a ball bearing a car would be another incedent like I had a few years ago. Remember, I have lived in some real Red Kneck areas. I was tooling along minding my own business on a narrow road with no turn off's or even a shoulder. A car load of Skoal chewing Cowboys with dirty yellow cowboy hats come up behind me and started whooping and hollering and was staying like six inches off of my tail light and started throwing beer bottles at me and hit me in the back with two bottles. I was on an old Kaw cruiser and they had a Z28 Camaro so there was no getting away from them.
All I had was a six inch crescent wrench in my windshield bag so I threw it through their wind shield which stopped them and let me get away. So, as you can tell I have had a bad experience.
I did not mean that I automatically throw things at people that get a little close so I stand corrected..........I hope!

Worlock - you seem to get yourself into a LOT of confrontations with people. I know that rednecks have some rather unique entertainment demands - having spent several years in the northern woods of upper Michigan, as well as in the redneck/klan belt of southern Indiana and northern Kentucky, I have certainly seen and been involved in my share - but honestly man... either you are wearing a giant sign around your neck that says "Please come fr@ck with me today", or you are voluntarily engaging in it yourself. Give some serious thought to just taking a chill pill (read: Zoloft), and find something that brings any remote amount of Zen to your life. Now - you know I am not tree-huggin hippie liberal shiny happy people type - but really man - you have GOT to do something to just take this weight of the world and how it is there for you scrap with off your shoulders. Go sit on a beach in the tropics or something for a week. Don't do ANYTHING else... just sit there in the lounger - let the Cabana Girls bring you drinks and food, and just listen to the ocean, watch pretty girls go by (don't talk to them, or get into fight with their boyfriends)... just SIT there, and CHILLLLLLLLLLLLL.

You think yoga would help? Honestly I have never been able to back down from anything or anybody. I was raised in the gheto and it was tough. When people start things with me, I am normally the one who finishes it. However your advice is good and it means a lot that you care enough to tell me that.
You are right, I need to slow down. The project I am on right now is the toughest one I have ever been on and I have been stressed beyond the max. I plan on taking a month off after this project is over and will try to find my zen as you say. I have had a really crazy life and I think I need to quit while I'm ahead. I am truly lucky to still be here.
