yea i cant speak for pro mx'ers... just ones ive seen...

My wifes coworkers son just finished 5th in the gncc total final standing... pretty cool

Just remember, most of these are just average guys like us, except they race for a hobby. Just because you race, doesn't mean you are fast, anyone can do it. Ever been to a local MX race? There are all ranges of skill levels. The very best local guys couldn't even qualify for a national event.

And if someone ever says they are fast because they race MX, be wary - the only really fast guys I've ridden with are the ones that say they are slow.
