Please wear a helmet!

RE: Please wear a helmet!
It's always tuff to hear about that kind of thing. I hope everything turns out for the best.
Although I am a proponent of the freedom of choice to wear or not wear a helmet, Ithink everyone should wear a helmet at all times.
In fact, I think one of the leading causes of death in most automobile accidents is head injury, I think we should all wear helmets while driving our cars as well.

It baffles me when i see ppl riding without a GD helmet. i understand its a chopper thing not to wear one cuz of the style of rider and all, but sportbikers that dont wear any now that makes me angry. i dont wish a wreck on anyone but for some ppl it takes an accident for them to learn. i was in southern ILL 2 weeks ago and i went on a 12 rider bike ride with my cousins. only 2 other guys wore helmets, some even wore a t shirt and shorts w/ tennis shoes. makes no fukin sense at all. you dress to ride another day.
i feel naked w/o my helmet and gloves. be safe yallz

Thanks again for all the nice remarks everyone. So I heard this morning that he made it through the week-end and hopefully as the week goes by he be listed as stable. He did break all the bones in his face, puctured a lung, various broken ribs and internal bleeding. Thank god for modern medicine huh?Guess we'llhave to see how the week goes.
My g/f drove by on the way to work and the cops were there takingmeasurements of the skid mark. I'm curious to see how fast he over shot that road. I rode by on the bike at 43mph and could zip right in about 35 or so. Be safe all....
