I have read that article and believe it said that he died. I know that it has been posted on here before so maybe someone else can back me up on that. On another note I use to live not far from where that happened and drove by that area all the time.

id of thought he broke his neck, but i dunno.... anymore articles or anything? im to lazy to search... let alone find accurate info
