Okay back to the spam,

When I was a kid my Mom fed us spam, we were so poor, it was like steak to us. We also got into spam carving. We would carve figurines out of the spam then she would cook it for us. She also would cook it with scrambled eggs and wild onions kindalike Deej.
We like it so well, we would eat it right out of the can sometimes although it seems a little geasy like that, but it was still good.
This thread has me craving spam!............Let's carve some spam!

so what exactly is spam ? is it the remainder of the parts that are not good enough to get made into a hot dog or what, ive heard all kinds of nasty stuff about it.

It is the roadkill of the meat market and yes, that jelly stuff is where a lot of the flavor is. It is a good carving media. When I was a kid I could carve a mean looking boob out of spam, It is truly a lost art form.
