the laws sux dude, in this country it is only place i have seen where you cant fire someone for being an incompetent a-hole.
Make sure you documented everything and have that infoavailable, and be nice when you have to let him go, that way he wont be that angry at you for letting him go, there is a lot of F'up people out there so be careful dont want to hear that something bad happened to you because of that guy.

soooooooo f-ing true and your screwed if they are a " minority". Then you will bea racist too

In addition the county prosecutor filled against me for battery, said I should have stopped after he was down, I was like f-that I did not want him getting up.
haha, nice. The world would be alot better if more a-holes got canned instead of promoted to get them out of your hair. good luck FN, and bring dinky as a body guard. If he gives you any trouble, she knows how to hurt a man.

We have to "write-up" any one we want to fire 3 times... Then you have to go to the district manager, and corp. legalto get approval to fire them. Then you can fire them. My favorite way to be rid of dead weight is to have a conversation with said associate, then if problems persist, I start cutting the hours. I only seem to have problems with part timers. Usually if some one sticks it out long enough to make FT they want the job.

Well i canned him today. i met him before he even walked in my door. Told him how it was and canned him. Thankfully NC is aat will stateso i have the right to fire him with no reason. But i gave him several reasons. My **** is covered. my boss has my back and so do my other employees plus i told him i would give him a decent reference at another pizza shop.
