Well today im gonna fire my first employee. He is one of my drivers. His first week there he got a driving complaint. the 2nd week he got a warning for speeding. and ive had other complaints on his driving from my own drivers. And last night he was tailgating someone and the guy hit his brakes to get him off his ***, and my driver blew his horn and gave the guy the finger. Come on how stupid can someone be. He has a dominos sign on his car and giving someone the bird. So today is my first firing. WOOOOOHOOOOO

Firing people suxs, if you like it you may not be a good manager!
You cannot keep an employee like your driver, eventually he will only cause more trouble then he is worth. Document everything.

Good luck and remember to have the separation meeting with him where the cameras are filming so if he gets stupid you can have it all on film. Plus it shows self defense when you give him a beat down for attacking you
