my personal drivers have complained aobut his driving so i have backing and he was on our sh*t list anyways. We gave him one too many chances ill tell him to go over to papa johns LOL

 

that's right, labor laws here in cali sux, I had a guy come back after being fired and he tried to kick my arss and then started a wrongful termination against me.
In addition the county prosecutor filled against me for battery, said I should have stopped after he was down, I was like f-that I did not want him getting up.

Then the fool died 3 days later and the prosecutor was going to put me up on murder, but when the guys tox came back for drug overdose she only had me on the battery witch I pled out on that one.

I fired the guy for using drugs at work, even found crack and a pipe in my service truck.

What a freaking joke.

 

the laws sux dude, in this country it is only place i have seen where you cant fire someone for being an incompetent a-hole.
Make sure you documented everything and have that infoavailable, and be nice when you have to let him go, that way he wont be that angry at you for letting him go, there is a lot of F'up people out there so be careful dont want to hear that something bad happened to you because of that guy.
