Heya Shon, sorry to hear about things going like this for you. You certainly deserve a bit more stability and happiness. I hope things take a turn upwards for you now, since a new year is starting and all. I will say this however - after reading your post - I am glad it is too cold for you to ride. Two times never to ride - drunk (stoned, whatever), and mad/sad/upset. You will take your angst out on the bike - like you said - and an unfortunate downside is you will likely outride your abilities and your machine, and of course it could have some pretty nasty results.

Always try to ride calm, cool, collected, and focused... and use it as a way to relax you away from stress, but not by pounding it out on the bike, but through the serenity of the ride instead.

Sorry to hear that shon, its not easy loosing anyone. Loss of life really gets to me, Keep you head up, things get better.. Ill be thinking about you. This crap only makes us stronger.
