yeah but if you fight it then you get to pay less to play
and in some scenarios you get payed to play.
i havent thought of any but if anyone else does lemme know

if you fight it the judge can't raise the charge but he can raise the fine to the maximum if he wants to. it doesn't always pay.

Paid mine, the guy in front of me got busted trying to pay with stolen credit cards...who tries that in the courthouse?
