It's scary how many convictions have been overturned since DNA testing has been used.

 

No kidding

 

What should be the real scary part is that if the DNA testing is overturning convictions and therefore setting free the innocent.... where are the real criminals at that should be in jail instead? At least that's how I look at it.

I don't have an issue with people being proven innocent by the evidence and set free. I do however have an issue with people the get off scott free because of a technicality despite the evidence proving them guilty.
