Are you guys really arguing FOR a helmet law? I ALWAYS wear my helmet, but would never, ever, ever vote for a helmet law. It s not the governments job to babysit everyone, we have no helmet law here, and I respect the rights of the morons who choose not to wear them.

I enjoy riding my Harley on the backroads with no helmet. And I enjoy the right to not wear one. But when I'm on the 14, I always wear one. I know that's a double standard, but what to hell!
Get rid of the helmet laws everywhere. When I went down, I was in South Carolina where there is no helmet law. You can bet your *** I still had one on. However, it's everybody's right to be a moron. Therefore, get rid of the helmet law. That way, the idiots that get killed riding with no helmet will aide in the process known as Natural Selection!
Besides... so many of our rights as Americans have either already been stripped from us, or are in danger of being lost. I will fight to keep the government out of my business as much as possible.
