Are you guys really arguing FOR a helmet law? I ALWAYS wear my helmet, but would never, ever, ever vote for a helmet law. It s not the governments job to babysit everyone, we have no helmet law here, and I respect the rights of the morons who choose not to wear them.

...carry on...
i like this statement, it is closely based on natural selection, i mean if you are stupid enough not to wear one then you deserve what u get. it is not always survival of the fittest sometimes it is just the one who is not as stupid as the next guy.

+1...don't let the man keep you down.

I may be property of the government, but my oath of enlistment was that "I will Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, Foreign AND Domestic"

You can argue for or agains helmets or seatbelts but i've seen people get killed from not wearing one and have wearing one. **** happens. If it's your time to go it's your time togo!

PS: I'm sitting here at our new beach house checking out the condos. I have to say, its pretty relaxing.

I feel the same way as previously stated about seatbelt laws. I always always always wear my helmet and seatbelt. But it should be a personal choice, not the governments job to tell us what to do. I do think wearing a helmet or seatbelt is a good idea, the benefits outweigh the risks exponentially. We are essentially on the same side here as far as the law goes, it should be a personal choice what you do...

All of these laws are just revenue enhancement...when will everyone realize that?
